Two weeks ago, the office became more crowdy as eight new wolves and wizards joined the pack. With sanitary restrictions easing, the onboarding could again take place at our office. Full of excitement & nervousness, we started the day easy by enjoying breakfast together and going on a scavenger hunt around the office. Then it was time to get equipped with our laptop, notebook & BrightWolves pens. Other practicalities included picking up our electric cars and taking some pictures for our website. Once we were set up for success, it was time to get things going.
Training sessions
The biggest part of our onboarding was dedicated to trainings. Tackling both soft and hard skills the aim was to get our basic consulting skills on point. We spent time on tools like Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBI, got immersed in the world of data, project management & sustainable transformation …. And lastly further developed our presentation skills, interacting with clients and increasing our commercial awareness.
Project Work
People always say: ‘there’s no better way to learn than by doing’, and that’s exactly what happens at BrightWolves. Being a young consultancy firm where everyone contributes to success, there is always work waiting to be done. As new joiners, we could select projects ranging from evaluating the recruitment process, enhancing our wolves’ mobility offering to a marketing assessment or the creation of sustainability trainings. So, from day one we were able to have an impact on our internal pillars.
Teambuilding
Of course, there was also time to get to know each other better and integrate into the company. We explored the best places for lunch, shared coffees and teas in between the trainings, and enjoyed some afterwork drinks at our Quanteus Bar!
Want to be part of the pack, create sustainable value for businesses and shape the future? Don’t hesitate and grab a coffee with one of our Wolves!
