IN-HOUSE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
Each consultant is supported by a senior team, consisting of:
A mentor to share experiences and expertise;
A counselor to coach on personal development;
A client manager to coordinate the relationship with the client and provide on-project coaching and support.
