What can you expect?
As Talent Acquisition Specialist at BrightWolves, your mission is to proactively attract talents who demonstrate the right skills and cultural fit to become management consultants (at any level). By doing so, you will play a key role in growing the company while preserving our culture and quality standards.
What will you do?
You will be part of the Human Capital team – focusing on finding and liaising with potential candidates. As such, you’ll act as a “talent lead generator”.
You will maintain and come up with innovative ideas to increase our talent pool reach, liaising with the marketing team in setting up recruitment campaigns
You will screen and accompany candidates through our recruitment process (planning interviews, debriefings, follow-up).
You will belong to a group of young, talented and fun people with a drive for impactful work!
3+ years of experience in a recruiting function, preferably in the professional services sector
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Trilingual NL / EN / FR
Advanced familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards.
Degree in Human Resources, Communications or Management
An experience in management consulting is a plus
Team player with a positive and entrepreneurial mindset, in line with our INSPIRE values
