What can you expect?

A Business Analyst at BrightWolves South Africa owns his projects and career. You will start your journey with an intensive onboarding program, during which you will follow training and work on your first client project. You will get to know all your colleagues and the high-quality standards of BrightWolves.  You will also be assigned a Career Advisor from our Leadership team who will closely mentor and coach you during these first years of your career.


When working on client projects, you will always receive support and coaching from team members and seniors.

What will you do?

  • Conduct interviews to understand the needs, business models and ambitions of our clients

  • Conduct desk research to discover market or competitive insights

  • Develop accurate and insightful analyses of client data and synthesize them in a structured and concise manner

  • Develop comprehensive financial models based on a set of sound hypotheses

  • Draft compelling presentations with clear messages

  • Engage and build trusted relationships with our clients

  • Take on responsibility from day one

  • Develop internal processes of BrightWolves to boost our sustainable growth

Your profile

  • Honour’s degree (at minimum) with excellent grades in Engineering, Economics or another field with a passion for business and analytics

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and proficient in Afrikaans, Xhosa and/or Zulu

  • Positive entrepreneurial mindset - you will be joining a start-up!

  • A spike in one or more areas of expertise (e.g. data, finance)

  • Adhere to the INSPIRE values of BrightWolves 

  • You share our vision and passion for delivering a positive impact to clients and beyond

  • You are based in South Africa and willing to work in the region of Cape Town
