Your BrightWolves journey starts with an intensive two-week onboarding. You’ll meet your career advisor, connect with your cohort, and dive into key consulting skills to ensure a strong start.
You’ll be hands-on from the start, working on strategic projects across industries, tackling business challenges, and contributing real value. With guidance from experienced Wolves, you’ll develop problem-solving skills and gain broad industry exposure.
From your first project, you’ll take ownership, sharpen your consulting skills, and build confidence. Through feedback, training, and real-world experience, you’ll accelerate your career growth while making a tangible impact.
