What you can expect
Your journey as a Business Analyst starts with a onboarding program, designed to help you discover our practices and culture. Shortly after, you’ll take ownership of your first project and begin tackling real business challenges.
In our fast-growing consulting firm, you’ll work on both short missions and longer engagements (up to one year). Projects may span our three core pillars (Business, Digital, or Sustainability). We encourage you to stay open to opportunities across all of them, while also recognizing that your preferences and affinities may guide your journey. This variety of experiences is essential to developing into a well-rounded consultant with a broad and adaptable perspective.
You’ll grow in a young, dynamic, and supportive environment, with close coaching from a Career Advisor, guidance from a buddy, and feedback after each project. Our hybrid work model, combining time at the client and in the office, helps build strong relationships and ensures you get to know your colleagues and clients alike. Expect a steep learning curve, continuous training, and real impact from day one.
Your profile
You have a Master’s degree with excellent grades
You’re based in Belgium
You're a native French and/or Dutch and fluent in English
You have strong communication skills and confidently engage with clients, delivering clear and impactful insights
You’re a proactive problem solver who embraces new challenges and takes initiative
You work effectively in dynamic environments and adapt quickly to new situations
You bring a positive, growth-oriented mindset and are eager to learn and develop
You’re open to working across any of our three pillars: Business, Sustainability, and Digital
