Recruitment process
This test helps us evaluate your thinking process and business mindset. We will assess your quantitative reasoning, business acumen (or digital logic for data roles), and your writing and value fit.

This is your chance to tackle a real business case. You’ll go through 2 back-to-back cases, focusing on structure, logic, quantitative reasoning and creativity in problem-solving.

This is your final step, designed to assess your business insight, presentation skills, and how you respond to feedback and a strategic discussion. You’ll present a business case you've prepared in advance to a leadership team member.
