You’ve made it through the first round, well done! You're now entering the most exciting part of our recruitment process. This page will guide you through what to expect in the next stages, how to prepare for your interviews, and give you a glimpse into what life at BrightWolves is really like.

Recruitment process

  • This test helps us evaluate your thinking process and business mindset. We will assess your quantitative reasoning, business acumen (or digital logic for data roles), and your writing and value fit. 

    • Timing: 1 hour

    • Location: online

    • Deadline: to be completed within 3 days

    • Preparations: No prep needed, just a quiet space and clear thinking.

  • This is your chance to tackle a real business case. You’ll go through 2 back-to-back cases, focusing on structure, logic, quantitative reasoning and creativity in problem-solving.​

    • Timing: 1 afternoon, usually on Fridays

    • Location: at BrightWolves office

    • Set up: Interview with BrightWolves consultants

    • Resources: Case preparation guidelines

  • This is your final step, designed to assess your business insight, presentation skills, and how you respond to feedback and a strategic discussion.  You’ll present a business case you've prepared in advance to a leadership team member.

    • Part 1: Short analysis of a Belgian company 

    • Part 2: Live business case presentation and discussion

    • Location: at BrightWolves office or online

    • Timing: 45 minutes

  • You’ll work individually or as part of a BrightWolves team, always supported internally by a client manager and a project booster to help you grow and deliver value from day one.
