Marketing Lead

We're looking for a Cape Town based Marketing Lead who is ready to take ownership of our international brand, drive our marketing engine, and create measurable impact. This role is designed to sharpen your strategic, digital, and operational marketing skills while offering direct exposure to the leadership team and to our business model.

What you can expect

As Marketing Lead, you ensure our brand shows up strongly and consistently, support business development and talent acquisition efforts, and coordinate the marketing initiatives that strengthen our community and market presence.


The role is based in Cape Town (hybrid work set up), but oversees the company wide (Belgium included) marketing activities.


Your profile

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities - able to juggle multiple initiatives with structure and agility.

  • A balanced mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  • Eagerness to grow in digital marketing, communication, MarTech (e.g., HubSpot), brand management, and events.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to align, influence, and collaborate across teams.

1. Lead BrightWolves’ Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a marketing roadmap that reinforces our brand and contributes to business growth.

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear marketing actions, in close collaboration with leadership.

  • Manage and optimize the yearly marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources.

2. Shape Our Brand & Campaigns

  • Act as guardian of the BrightWolves brand: ensure consistency in tone of voice, identity, and messaging across all channels.

  • Manage and activate our digital channels (website, social media, newsletters).

  • Drive PR initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations to strengthen market positioning.

  • Lead and coordinate event activities - client events, conferences, community gatherings, and internal initiatives.

  • Oversee campaign execution with external partners and interns, including paid media support.

3. Support Group-Wide Activities (when applicable)

  • Contribute to cross-company marketing initiatives, including shared platforms or collective branding efforts.
