Group Business Controller
Do you have 8 to 15 years of experience in management consulting, business controlling, or a related field—and a sharp eye for strategy and performance? Quanteus Group, the parent entity of BrightWolves, is hiring a Group Business Controller to help steer the financial direction of its growing portfolio.
We're looking for a hands-on and commercially minded professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. You’ll work closely with the Group CFO, engage with leadership across entities, and contribute to key decisions that shape our journey toward sustainable, value-driven entrepreneurship.
What you can expect
As Group Business Controller, you will play a key role in steering the financial health and strategic direction of Quanteus Group and its flagship entity, BrightWolves. You will work directly with the Group CFO and interact regularly with CEOs and board members, contributing to impactful decisions and supporting the Group’s mission of value-driven entrepreneurship across its diverse portfolio.
Your profile
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics with strong academic results.
3 to 5 years of experience in business controlling, audit (Big 4 preferred), banking, private equity, or similar environments.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to extract key messages from complex data.
Excellent communicator and presenter, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Interest or experience in BI and financial reporting tools.
Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Resilient under pressure and skilled in both independent and team-based settings.
Based in Belgium, with willingness to work in the Brussels/Diegem region.

What you'll do
Lead and coordinate financial and business controlling activities across the Group, with a focus on BrightWolves.
Deliver monthly financial reporting and insightful client profitability analyses.
Monitor key performance indicators and manage dashboard reporting.
Participate in budget planning, including HR and IT budget reviews and recommendations.
Contribute to M&A analysis and support strategic discussions.
Translate business needs into effective performance tracking tools, leveraging Power BI, BrightAnalytics, and Exact Online.
Present financial insights to CEOs and the Board, and help implement strategic decisions.
