What you can expect
You'll work on team projects or embedded in client teams, helping them bring digital ambitions to life. With support from your client manager and/or project lead, you'll manage projects end-to-end: from shaping the digital transformation roadmap to implementing solutions that people use. You'll be exposed to diverse industries and challenges, all while growing in a close-knit team that values collaboration, learning, and fun.
Your entry level (Business Analyst, Consultant or Engagement Lead) will be assessed during interviews.
Your profile
2-7 years of experience in IT strategy, IT operating models, digital transformation or process improvement, ideally in consulting or in a client-facing IT role
Proficient in digital tools; experience with ERP, CRM or low-code platforms (e.g. Power Platform) is a strong plus
Familiar with agile delivery and project management; a relevant certification is a plus
Clear communicator who can align business and technical teams around one plan
Structured and pragmatic in complex situations, and quick to settle into new teams
Based in Belgium, fluent in English + Dutch and/or French
You have a positive mindset
