What you can expect
You’ll work embedded in client teams, helping them bring digital ambitions to life. With support from your BrightWolves manager and/or expert, you’ll manage projects end-to-end: from defining the strategy to implementing technical solutions that deliver impact. You’ll be exposed to diverse industries and challenges, all while growing in a close-knit team that values collaboration, learning, and fun.
Your entry level – Consultant or Engagement Lead – will be assessed during interviews.
Your profile
2-5 years of experience in IT implementation, digital transformation, or data projects
Proficient in digital tools; PowerBI and Python are a strong plus
Strong communicator, able to align both business and technical teams
Thrive in complex environments and adapt quickly to new teams
Based in Belgium, fluent in English + Dutch and/or French
You have a positive entrepreneurial mindset, and you adhere to the INSPIRE values of BrightWolves and Quanteus Group
