Post-graduate internship (3-6 months)
Ready to launch your consulting career? At BrightWolves, a post-graduate internship is a real job from day one - paid, client-facing, and built around impact. Over 3 to 6 months, you'll work side by side with our consultants on digital and data transformation projects. Perform well, and this is your entry point to a permanent contract.
Academic internship (minimum 6 weeks)
Still in your Master's? We welcome students for internships as part of their curriculum - hands-on, embedded in real projects, and anything but a coffee-fetching exercise. A school convention is required. Reach out to explore what's possible.
What you can expect
From day one, you're part of the team. You'll work on live client projects or strategic internal initiatives, coached closely by experienced colleagues who have a genuine interest in your growth. Native French or Dutch speaker, fluent in English

As a Digital and Data Transformation Intern, you won't be on the sidelines - you'll be in the room where it happens. Concretely, that means:
Shaping data strategies and driving digital transformation for real clients
Building dashboards and tools that people actually use to make decisions
Spotting inefficiencies and designing smarter, digital-first processes
Exploring emerging technologies and turning them into tangible solutions
Working shoulder-to-shoulder with consultants - and earning client trust along the way
