Do you have 7-15 years of experience and proven expertise in one of our core areas? At BrightWolves South Africa, you’ll combine thought leadership with commercial drive, growing both our clients and our people. You’ll deliver impact, mentor young consultants, and co-build the success of BrightWolves.
Note: Your entry level will be assessed during interviews.
What you can expect
You’ll play a dual role: delivering high-impact content while developing commercial opportunities. You’ll grow as an expert, leader, mentor, and business partner, shaping projects and client relationships. Along the way, you’ll help young talents develop into solid consultants, while continuing to expand your own expertise and influence.
Your profile
Honour’s degree (at minimum) with a passion for business and analytics
7-15 years professional experience, including a significant part in management consulting or a similar role in the industry
You have developed (are in the process of developing) an area of expertise within the BrightWolves offering
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluent in English and proficient in Afrikaans, Xhosa and/or Zulu
Positive entrepreneurial mindset
Adhere to the INSPIRE values of BrightWolves
You share our vision and passion for delivering a positive impact to clients and beyond
You are based in South Africa and willing to work in the region of Cape Town
