Business Consultant
Are you a young professional with 2 to 5 years of experience, eager to drive meaningful change? At BrightWolves, we’re looking for experienced consultants who are ready to apply their expertise, mentor colleagues, and help clients navigate complex challenges to achieve lasting success.
What you can expect
After onboarding, you will start working on one or more client projects while receiving support and coaching from your passionate colleagues. You will be exposed to a variety of strategic topics in different industries across Belgium (and possibly beyond).
Your profile
You have a Master’s degree with excellent grades in Business Engineering or Engineering, or in another field with a passion for business and analytics
You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience, including a significant part in management consulting or other relevant experience
You’re a natural communicator and present effectively
Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
You have a positive entrepreneurial mindset, and you adhere to the INSPIRE values of BrightWolves and Quanteus Group
You are based in Belgium

What you'll do
Analyse businesses’ dynamics and processes and use your helicopter view to assess improvement potential
Leverage your problem-solving skills and business judgment to identify, structure and present solutions to the clients
Engage and build trusted relationships with our clients
Develop ownership of our internal processes to boost our sustainable growth

Conducting interviews to understand the needs, business models and ambitions of our clients
Developing accurate and insightful analysis of client data and synthesizing them in a structured and concise manner: dashboards, reporting tools,…
Developing comprehensive financial models based on a set of sound hypotheses
Screening markets and identifying business opportunities
Reorganize and improve business processes and services
