Business Consultant
Are you a young professional with 2–6 years of experience and a drive to create meaningful impact? At BrightWolves, you’ll apply your expertise, mentor colleagues, and help clients tackle complex challenges, building the foundation for lasting success.
Note: Your entry level – Business Analyst, Consultant or Engagement Lead – will be assessed during interviews.

What you can expect
From day one, you’ll be part of client projects, supported by close mentoring from booster experts and client managers. You’ll gain exposure to diverse industries across Belgium (and beyond) and work on projects ranging from:
Strategic assignments (a few weeks): commercial due diligences, strategic market analyses, etc.
Transformation programs(up to 1 year): post-merger integrations, organizational redesigns, operational excellence, etc.
Sustainability projects: carbon footprint assessments, sustainable strategy roadmaps, ESG transformations, etc.
Every project - team-based or individual - will help you accelerate your career, grow your expertise, and expand your leadership skills and network.
Your profile
Master’s degree with strong quantitative and analytical skills
2-6 years of experience, ideally in management consulting or a relevant role
Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
Fluent in English, Dutch, and/or French
Positive, proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges
