Donatienne Goemans is the managing director of Scarlet. After having successfully gotten her Business Engineering degree at Solvay she started her career as consultant at BCG, she continued on in industry by supporting Proximus’ CEO as Strategic Advisor, before landing her current position as managing director of Scarlet.

Keren Castelli is a Top 10 ICT Lady of the year 2022. Through her work she is focused on the human side of change in digital transformations. She is the host and founder of the Change Setters Podcast and is currently Change Management lead for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Devoteam.
