Are you curious about the impact of sustainability initiatives in your company?
The sustainability team at BrightWolves has recently launched a survey targeting Belgian employees. It aims at evaluating the sustainable engagement of respondents as consumers and as employees. Thanks to the answers, we will be able to compare employee engagement in companies that are driven by sustainability with other Belgian companies. Additionally, the survey investigates the employees’ expectations regarding the sustainable behaviour of the organization they work for.
The collected data will allow us to draw averages for the Belgian companies and determine sustainability tendencies at a national level. Moreover, it will help organizations assess the level of commitment for sustainability endeavors among its employees, and the impact on its processes and business activities. Indeed, our hypothesis – supported by some preliminary results – is that sustainability is a driving force behind employee engagement. Employees are more committed in companies that actively pursue a set of sustainable goals. Hence, pursuing environmental values as a company is a quick win, as it generates engagement value from all employees.
ULTIMATELY, OUR GOAL IS TO INSPIRE COMPANIES TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THEIR SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION, GUIDED BY THE DEMAND OF THE CONSUMER AND POWERED BY THE MOTIVATION OF THE EMPLOYEES.
Do you want to know more about your employees’ sustainability engagement? And/or about consumer behaviour in general? Encourage your employees to participate to BrightWolves sustainability survey. If a sufficient number participate, we will share with you the overall results and – anonymously – the results for your company.
