At BrightWolves, we recognized this opportunity, and it is with great enthusiasm that we announce the launch of Remus, a state-of-the-art chatbot developed to significantly boost the productivity of our consultants.
Leveraging the latest AI and LLM capabilities, Remus is a testament to our dedication to innovation and our commitment to delivering top-tier services to our clients.
Our journey in developing Remus has been as much about our own growth as about enhancing our consultancy services. This effort has provided us with invaluable insights into LLM technologies, further enabling us to offer advice and cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
What is Remus?
Remus is an AI-powered chatbot designed to assist our consultants in various aspects of their work. It integrates with all documents in our knowledge base, providing real-time information, insights, and support. More importantly, Remus has been developed with data privacy in mind by using model providers who do not retrain models using data input into the tool and have strong data retention policies in place.
Key Features of Remus
User Authentication and data privacy: Consultants authenticate into the tool using their company account, and data input into the tool is fully secured.
Instant Information Access: Remus provides instant access to all of BrightWolves’ internal knowledge documents and training materials, as well as web search functionality.
Latest models from LLM providers: Remus is not locked into using only one LLM provider, and can be configured to use any LLM provider offering an API (e.g. OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, etc.)
Tool ecosystem: Our team is planning to continuously add new tools for Remus to interact with. Currently in development is an audio transcription / summarization service, as well as the capability for Remus to create and run python code automatically for advanced data analysis.
Cost: Having deployed Remus on our own infrastructure and using LLMs on a pay-per-use basis, we are currently running at only a fraction of the cost of a fixed monthly subscription for Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Teams.
