Leadership Team Member
Do you have solid (8 to 15 years of) experience in management consulting or another relevant field, and outstanding relationship skills? BrightWolves is recruiting experienced candidates willing to expand and use their passion for business and excellent commercial skills to drive companies towards success.
What can you expect?
You will actively contribute to our business development, from client prospection to securing projects, and offer support to clients by delivering a professional and structured approach. In some cases, you may fill skills and expertise gaps at the client side to develop and execute their strategic projects.
What will you do?
Actively leverage your network and reach out to prospects and clients
Engage in and build trusted relationships with our clients and secure impact-driven engagements
Coach consultants and share your expertise with them to help them develop themselves to their full potential
Take end responsibility of project delivery while guiding a team of consultants towards success
Write down compelling client presentations with clear and well-structured messages
Your profile
8 to 15 years of professional experience, including a significant part in the consulting world or in a similar role in the industry
Previous experience as project and team leader (i.e.managing small teams in a strategy and/or implementation consulting set-up)
Solid experience in at least one of BrightWolves’ main areas of expertise: Business, Sustainability, or Digital & Data
You have a solid business network in Belgium and excellent business development credentials, with proven track record or at least strong affinity for a commercial role (creating opportunities, closing projects and delivering projects)
Fluent in English, Dutch and French
You have a positive entrepreneurial mindset, and you adhere to the INSPIRE values of BrightWolves and Quanteus Group
You are based in Belgium
