What can you expect?

As a Growth & Admin Support Officer, you will work in a positive environment and play a key role in both the company's happiness and success. Your objective is to support Consultants, Human Capital and the commercial team in performing their jobs and achieving greater results.

What will you do?

Commercial Assistance

  • Assist the commercial team with the preparation, update and signature of contracts with clients and freelancers

  • Prepare and issue invoices on a monthly basis – and follow up on client payments

  • Update our team planning when a new project is sold or soft-booked

  • Ensure every consultant fills in his/her timesheets on time

  • Liaise with the commercial team on a regular basis to ensure an optimal level of service and propose improvements to the way of working

Human Capital Support

  • Support the Human Capital team by maintaining our recruitment funnel up to date (recording new candidate applications and ensuring interviewers properly and timely input evaluations)

  • Send online tests to selected candidates and record their results

  • Build a candidate target list based on specific criteria and reach out to them via LinkedIn Recruit

  • Organize introduction meetings and case interviews (book meetings between candidates and interviewers)

  • Liaise with the recruitment team on a regular basis to ensure an optimal level of reactivity for every candidate and propose improvements to the way of working

Event Coordination

  • Support the organization of BrightWolves outside events (look for optimal locations, booking hotels, travel, …) and join in!

  • Support the organization of in-house events (invitations, catering, guestlists,…)

Agenda Management

  • Assist Group Partners with agenda management: organize meetings, book rooms, keep agenda up-to-date

Your profile

  • Preferably +2 years of working experience; preferably in a similar role/activities. The role is also open to young graduates with a hands-on mindset and a high drive to go the extra mile

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)

  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills

  • Hands-on, autonomous, proactive and entrepreneurial mentality

  • Demonstrated sense of excellence
