What can you expect?

As an Expert Community Manager,  you'll help our clients find the best independent experts available on the market to fulfil transformation assignments and close the gap between strategy and implementation. In this role, you will act as an “intrapreneur” focusing on the growth of our expert staffing service and on our reputation for excellence - towards both our clients and expert network.

What will you do?

The responsibilities of the Expert Community Manager can be defined in 3 dimensions:

1. Staffing experts

  • You will liaise with our client development team regularly to be informed of existing opportunities at clients

  • For each opportunity spotted, you will execute a search (in our proprietary database, LinkedIn, …) and contact experts to propose the mission.

  • You will coordinate the onboarding and contracts of the experts engaged in our clients' assignments.

2. Building our expert community

  • Regularly update and refresh our existing database

  • Proactively reach out to new independent experts (e.g. on LinkedIn) with relevant skills and backgrounds to further enrich our database

  • Develop processes and communication materials for QuantIM

  • Manage the relationships with our expert network: perform regular check-ins, organize events (e.g. 2 per year), send newsletters, …

  • Proactively handle incoming client requests through our online channels

3. Be part of BrightWolves Human Capital

  • Support in the search for experienced experts

  • Invite selected experts to inspiration sessions, brainstorms or trainings

Your profile

  • More than three years of working experience, preferably in a similar role or in a management consulting role

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in English and Dutch (French is a plus)

  • Attention to detail and very good organization skills

  • Hands-on, autonomous, with an entrepreneurial mentality

  • Demonstrated sense of excellence

  • Adherence to our INSPIRE values

What's in it for you?

  • Be part of the Human Capital departement of a growing scale-up

  • You will work autonomously but receive outstanding coaching and support

  • Strong culture and great values with awesome and skilled colleagues, and great events

  • Spacious office located in Diegem, near Brussels

  • Hybrid working policy (remote/office)

  • An attractive compensation package
