What can you expect?
As an Expert Community Manager, you'll help our clients find the best independent experts available on the market to fulfil transformation assignments and close the gap between strategy and implementation. In this role, you will act as an “intrapreneur” focusing on the growth of our expert staffing service and on our reputation for excellence - towards both our clients and expert network.
What will you do?
The responsibilities of the Expert Community Manager can be defined in 3 dimensions:
1. Staffing experts
You will liaise with our client development team regularly to be informed of existing opportunities at clients
For each opportunity spotted, you will execute a search (in our proprietary database, LinkedIn, …) and contact experts to propose the mission.
You will coordinate the onboarding and contracts of the experts engaged in our clients' assignments.
2. Building our expert community
Regularly update and refresh our existing database
Proactively reach out to new independent experts (e.g. on LinkedIn) with relevant skills and backgrounds to further enrich our database
Develop processes and communication materials for QuantIM
Manage the relationships with our expert network: perform regular check-ins, organize events (e.g. 2 per year), send newsletters, …
Proactively handle incoming client requests through our online channels
3. Be part of BrightWolves Human Capital
Support in the search for experienced experts
Invite selected experts to inspiration sessions, brainstorms or trainings
Your profile
More than three years of working experience, preferably in a similar role or in a management consulting role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
Attention to detail and very good organization skills
Hands-on, autonomous, with an entrepreneurial mentality
Demonstrated sense of excellence
