What can you expect?
After onboarding, you will start working on one or more client projects while receiving support and coaching from your passionate colleagues. You will be exposed to a variety of challenging data insights and visualisation topics in different industries across Belgium (and possibly beyond).
What will you do?
Analyse business processes and related data, and use your analytical skills to give insights into key business drivers
Leverage your problem-solving skills and business judgment to identify, structure and present solutions and insights to the clients
Engage and build trusted relationships with our clients
Develop ownership of our internal processes to boost our sustainable growth
You will be specializing in our Digit Tribe:
Grow our BrightWolves' Business Intelligence practice, together with senior experts
You will focus on transforming data into insights by designing, building, and deploying business intelligence solutions that enable clients to make data-driven decisions.
Acting as a bridge between business and IT, you will coordinate efforts among stakeholders to develop efficient BI solutions
Guiding clients on their data journey will be a key aspect of your role, as you provide expertise in data strategy, analytics, data monetization, management, and governance
You will work with cutting-edge tools and technology, such as Power BI, Qlick, SAP Analytics, … to solve critical business challenges
Partnering with clients, you will help align their digital and BI strategies, ensuring relevance and impact in their business operations

Your profile
You hold a Master’s degree with excellent grades, preferably in Business Engineering, Engineering, or a related field with a passion for analytics and business intelligence
You have 2 to 6 years of professional experience, with a significant focus on BI & data analysis
You’re a natural communicator and present effectively
Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
You have a positive entrepreneurial mindset, and you adhere to the INSPIRE values of BrightWolves and Quanteus Group
You are based in Belgium
