BrightWolves is recruiting experienced professionals who want to share their expertise with our colleagues and clients.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Immediately after the onboarding, you will start working on one or more client projects. You will be responsible for the project while receiving support and coaching from team members and senior BrightWolves. You will rapidly be exposed to a variety of strategic topics in different industries across South Africa (and possibly beyond). You will work together with passionate colleagues in an entrepreneurial and knowledge sharing environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Perform in-depth analysis to understand the dynamics of a business and use your helicopter view to synthesize them and assess improvement potential

  • Conduct desk research to discover market or competitive insights

  • Make structured assessments of existing processes, roles & responsibilities within an organization, by conducting interviews and collecting relevant data

  • Leverage on your problem-solving skills and business judgment to identify, structure and propose solutions to the clients

  • Develop sophisticated financial models based a set of sound hypothesis

  • Draft down compelling client presentations with clear messages

  • Engage and build trusted relationships with our clients

  • Take on internal and external responsibility and ownership from day one

  • Develop internal processes of BrightWolves to boost our sustainable growth

YOUR PROFILE

  • Honour’s degree (at minimum) with excellent grades in Engineering, Economics or in another field with a passion for business and analytics

  • 2 to 5 years professional experience, including a significant part in management consulting or in a similar role in the industry

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • A spike in one or more areas of expertise (e.g. data, finance)

  • Fluent in English and proficient in Afrikaans, Xhosa and/or Zulu

  • Positive entrepreneurial mindset – you will be joining a start-up!

  • Adhere to the INSPIRE values of BrightWolves and the Quanteus Group

  • You share our vision and passion for delivering positive impact, at clients and beyond

  • You are based in South Africa and willing to work in the region of Cape Town
